Marina Weiss, Partner, is a member of the International Arbitration team.

Marina advises private clients as well as States and State entities in commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under the major rules (UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA and SCC) as well as in ad hoc arbitrations in a variety of industries and regions. She also advises clients in arbitration-related litigations and on issues of public international law.

In addition, Marina acts as arbitrator.

Marina Weiss is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law (LL.M., 2010), of Sciences Po Paris (Master’s degree, with a specialization in business law, 2007) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Global Business Law (dual degree with Sciences Po Paris), 2007).
