Marina Weiss, Partner, is a member of the International Arbitration team.

Marina advises private clients as well as States and State entities in commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under the major rules (UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA and SCC) as well as in ad hoc arbitrations in a variety of industries and regions. She also advises clients in arbitration-related litigations and on issues of public international law.

In addition, Marina acts as arbitrator.

Admitted to the Paris Bar (2010)

Marina Weiss is a graduate of the Columbia Law School (LL.M., 2010), of Sciences Po Paris (Master’s degree with specialty in economic law, 2007) and of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in law and economic globalization, 2007).
