Nicolas Laurent, partner, co-leads Bredin Prat’s team specialized in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.

He is active both in the context of amicable procedings relating to financial restructurings and insolvency collective proceedings representing debtor or bidders.

Prior to joining Bredin Prat, he was with the American law firm Coudert Brothers LLP, in Paris and Beijing.

He is a member of the French Association for Business Turnaround (Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises – ARE) and of the French Association of Turnaround Investors (Association des Investisseurs en Retournement – AIR).

Admitted to the Paris Bar (1998)

Nicolas Laurent is a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in business law and economic law) where he taught insolvency law.
