Frédéric Keller, partner, specialises in mergers and acquisitions and stock exchange regulations. He advises listed and non-listed companies in the finance and insurance sector, major agricultural cooperatives, major industrial groups and investment funds in relation to their transactions in France and abroad.

Frédéric Keller started his career at the private bank department of Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Geneva (1999-2002). He joined the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2004, and he was nominated as Counsel in 2013 and Partner in 2016.

Paris Bar since 2004

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, he holds an advanced degree (DEA) in business law and economy from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2003), an advanced degree (DESS) from the Institute of Business Administration of the University of Nice (1997) and a Master degree in wealth management from CERAM – ESC of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (1997).
