Philippe Guibert, partner, specialises in French and EU competition, consumer and distribution law, including in particular merger control procedures, antitrust litigation and State aids.

Carrière

He first practiced at Coudert Frères (1994-2000) and Norton Rose (2000-2004), in London and Paris offices, before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2004 as a partner.

As a member of the AFEC and of the APDC (a French association of lawyers specialized in competition law), Philippe Guibert is regularly involved in legislative and regulatory modifications relating to competition regulation.

He also regularly publishes articles regarding European and domestic competition law, and taught Competition law at the University of Paris IX Dauphine from 1998 to 2003.
