Anne Tolila is a partner in Gide's M&A/Corporate practice. She is mainly involved in M&A transactions, particularly for public entities (State or strategic companies), and  large industrial groups and also in private equity transactions, both for French and international clients (industrial companies or investment funds).

Anne has also developed a particular expertise in privatisations
