Admitted to the Paris bar in 2004, partner Jean-Philippe Pons-Henry specialises in pre-action claims and litigation cases, more specifically in financial markets, corporate and business criminal law. Jean-Philippe acts in particular in finance-dominated disputes before civil, commercial and criminal courts.

He also assists clients in the implementation of internal investigations or in the context of enquiries, inspection or disciplinary proceedings initiated by financial regulators. His main fields of expertise are:

Jean-Philippe is an Essec graduate (2000), holds a master’s degree in public and business law (2002 - Paris X-Nanterre), and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (2009).
