Mateusz Gronau specialises in secured financing transactions and structured finance as well as in contracts for the international sale of goods. He has also experience in insurance law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law issues. He is the author of the large number of artciles relating to corporate and commercial law.
He joined Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2011. He was admitted to the Bar of Advocates in Warsaw in 2014.
