Mirouna recently intervened in the context of: · - Due diligence and acquisitions structuring for industrial or private equity clients - International reorganizations (cross-border mergers, management of intra-group flows, etc.)

Member of the Board of the French Association of Tax Women Lawyer (A3F) et member of the Orientation committee of the major International Judicial and Tax Strategy in the business school HEC.
