Partner - Nicolas Vivien has developed a broad transactional practice for international and domestic clients. Nicolas helps structure, negotiate and close cross border and domestic acquisitions, joint ventures and a variety of other transactions or agreements for clients active in sectors such as energy, mining and natural resources, food and agro-business, television and cinema, luxury goods and fashion, specialized retail, transportation or B-to-B services.

Founder of the firm in 1999, Nicolas previously practiced in Paris and New York with Debevoise & Plimpton as an associate and Stibbe Simont Monahan Duhot as an associate and partner. Nicolas qualified in Paris as "conseil juridique" (1988) and "avocat" (1992)

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992. He serves on the advisory board of several non-profit organizations.
