Maxime Seno has been a lawyer since 2013, and is a "specialist in public law" (with specific qualification in economic public law) since 2016. After having been in-house counsel at LLC & Associés (2011-2012), then associate (2013-2016), Maxime became Partner in 2016. Maxime joined Veil Jourde in 2022 as partner in charge of the public economic law department. He mainly develops its practice in public procurement (public service contracts, complex contracts, etc.), regulation and compliance (State aid, Sapin 2, HATVP, etc.). He participates in transactional transactions alongside the Mergers and Acquisitions team (regulatory compliance analysis, verification of the transferability of administrative authorizations and public contracts, assessment of the regulator’s controls).
