Jacques has an extensive experience in tax aspects relating to international operations (including financial engineering, mergers and acquisitions and transfer prices). He is also experienced in tax audits and tax litigation (corporate taxation, VAT, SMEs/SMIs, transfer prices, etc.) but also in wealth tax and taxation issues related to the managers. Jacques is further recognised for his sectorial expertise, both tax and legal, in the area of sports, advising French Premier League football and rugby clubs, players, as well as sports agents and investors. He teaches regularly on tax law in various universities and schools (University Paris I, University Aix-Marseille III, Limoges University, ESSEC, Sports Management School, etc.) and contributes to many tax and sport articles. He is also the co-author of the "Lamy Fiscal" an encyclopedia on French and International tax published and revised every year as well as the “Lamy Sports Law”. Jacques Messeca joined AYACHE (f/k/a AyacheSalama) in 2015 after having practiced for more than 20 years in the Tax department of international major law firms, including one “Big Four”.
