Alban RENAUD has been advising French companies for more than 15 years in their projects with China. As head of the firm's local practice, he advises on all corporate law matters (WFOE, JV, representative offices), mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, international contracts and labor law. He assists several French groups in their investments in China, in particular in the setting up and development of projects with Chinese partners as well as with a large number of small and medium-sized companies.

Alban RENAUD is one of the founders and coordinators of the agriculture and agribusiness working group of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China. As such, he was rewarded by the French Minister of Agriculture and Food, Julien Denormandie, who conferred him the rank of Knight in the Order of Agricultural Merit.
