Florence David was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005. After working for several years in a number of business law firms, she co-founded Earth Avocats in 2011.

With a background in public business law, she advises public and private operators, in particular on public procurement matters, but also on all types of contractual and structural arrangements essential to the implementation and success of public interest projects.

Florence David has developed specific expertise in the healthcare sector, working for public health establishments and major institutional players. She advises a number of hospitals, particularly on cooperation issues, and also practises public health law.

She assists her clients in a wide range of matters relating to the valuation of their estates and assets.

Her clients appreciate her availability and her ability to listen and take account of the strategic and political issues at stake in each case. What's more, the legal quality of her work has led her to build up relationships of trust with her clients and partners.
