Civil Liability and Insurance

Stéphane is a recognised expert in professional liability for regulated professions.

He is a former member of several of the Parisian Bar regulating authorities and is now the delegate of the Chairman of the Bar in charge of controlling the handling of funds by the Parisian Attorney funds (CARPA).

He is viscerally attached to the Bar ethics and is a fierce defender of attorneys on a daily basis.

He also intervenes in defence of other legal professionals (bailiffs, notaries) and accountants (chartered accountants, CACs).

He speaks English.
