Leslie Batazzi is Junior Partner. She acts alongside Management, investment funds, large groups and medium-size companies, providing support for their projects in the areas of M&A and Mid-Cap LBOs.

Prior to joining LL Berg, she developed her Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity expertise at Ashurst and subsequently Ayache.
