Magalie Delansheer is Junior Partner. She advises shareholders, investment funds, or managers in the context of LBO transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or fundraising.

Before joining LL Berg, Magalie developed her practice for over ten years in various firms, starting as an associate and later becoming a Partner.

As a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, she is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and holds a DJCE.
