Philippe de Saint-Bauzel joined ADVANT Altana as a Partner in 2021 after having spent almost 18 years as partner at Squire Patton Boggs.
He specializes in Tax Litigation as well as Tax and Transfer Pricing audits.
Philippe advises large French and overseas entities on all aspects of their operations including: acquisitions, disposals, domestic and international reorganisations, transactions, tax and transfer pricing audits, VAT planning and compliance, employee incentives and long-term incentive plans.
He also provides advice in relation to optimizing group structures in numerous industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, distribution and the service industry.
