A lawyer since 1993, Thomas DESCHRYVER previously was a partner of the law firms LEBAS - LEMISTRE & Associés and ESPACE JURIDIQUE AVOCATS, of which he was the Managing Partner. He joined CORNET VINCENT SEGUREL with his team in November 2011 to create and develop the Lille office.

Thomas DESCHRYVER holds certificates of specialization in Business Commercial Law, Competition Law and Arbitration Law. He mainly advises lawyers, legal departments and managing directors of large companies or ETIs (mid-sized companies).

For many years, he has been ranked as a leading practitioner in distribution law by the magazine "Décideurs".

He likes to work in team and has surrounded himself with lawyers and legal experts dedicated to specific areas of intervention. He assists companies in the field of mass distribution, specialized distribution, franchising, press distribution, as well as in the negotiation of long-term partnership contracts, particularly in the field of industry. He also assists many Belgian companies with their French law issues.

Thomas DESCHRYVER holds a Master's degree in Business law and teaches at the University of Law in Master II of corporate lawyers; he participates in numerous training courses for Magistrates, Consular Judges, or Legal Experts.

Holder of a specialization in arbitration law, he acts as a company or shareholders counsel in the context of Mediation, but also as an Arbitrator or President of an Arbitral Tribunal.

Attached to the influence of his region of origin, both nationally and internationally, he is a member of several organizations such as the Comité Grand LILLE, the MEDEF.... He is also co-founder of the Association "The College of Lawyers Specialized in Arbitration Law", as well as of an Ethiopian Non-Governmental Organization.
