Caroline Henot has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. She has developed a deep expertise in the field of employment law, both in consulting and in litigation. She acts on behalf of companies on all their individual and collective issues.

She knows how to make the most of her listening, analysis and adaptation skills in order to understand her clients' problems as well as possible, to offer them solutions adapted to their operational context or to resolve situations that may prove to be conflictual.

She holds a postgraduate degree in business law with a specialization in labor law. She began her career as an in-house lawyer at Holder before working for 17 years at Espace Juridique Avocat, where she was in charge of the labor law department from 2012 to 2019.
