He has particular expertise in the hospitality and managed real estate sector (senior residences, student residences, coliving).
His areas of expertise are: sales and acquisitions, redevelopment and enhancement of real estate assets, advice, drafting of deeds and litigation, particularly in the areas of real estate law and more particularly commercial leases, real estate investments and construction contracts.
