Raphaëlle d’Ornano is the Founder and Managing Partner at D’Ornano + Co.

With over ten years of experience in the financial and legal transaction services industry, Raphaëlle serves D’Ornano + Co.’s clients on both fields. She addresses clients in France and in the US, with a deep-rooted international culture.

Raphaëlle is a leading technology expert, with over three hundred assignments completed. Her experience spans multidisciplined buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and M&A-related issues. She advises investors across all asset classes.

Raphaëlle teaches a course on Growth and Profitability drivers in Tech businesses at ESSEC Business School, a leading French institution.

Raphaëlle was recently ranked #2 amongst French Financial Transaction Services providers in the #Tech industry by the French reference CFNews ranking.

Raphaëlle graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2009, and is a Paris-bar admitted lawyer since 2015. She holds a degree in Restructuring from Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne University.
