Sonia is passionate about the legal field, whilst seeking to adapt it to individuals’ specific needs (with a “pragmatic” approach). A collaborator in our business law department, she joined SPARK where she completed her final internship as part of her training at the Paris lawyers’ school.

Sonia, alongside Ariane, assists the firm’s clients with consultancy (equity financing procedures, acquisitions/transfers, capital ownership restructuring, commercial contracts), as well as with litigation (commercial litigation and conflict between partners).

She left her pretty hometown of Perpignan in order to study at Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne where she graduated with a Master 2 in business law, and another in international business. But it doesn’t stop there… she’s currently preparing a university degree in company and group taxation at Université Paris-Dauphine.

What you will not find on her CV: it’s all on the cards for Sonia! Be they credit cards, to quench her thirst for fashion, or boarding cards, for her next trip!
