Anthony Paronneau is a partner, he advises clients on all aspects of corporate and business law, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and health care industries. Anthony has significant experience advising life sciences companies, private equity funds and venture capital firms on a number of merger and acquisition (M&A) and private equity transactions, including acquisitions, financing rounds, joint ventures and divestitures. He also regularly advises life sciences companies on collaborations, licensing and distribution arrangements.
