With experience across competition litigation, arbitration, commercial strategy, and State aid, as well as expertise in merger control and foreign direct investments regulation, the competition team at Quinz is regularly instructed by both domestic and global clients. Wim De Meester heads the team and is experienced in advising governments and public authorities on a variety of matters, including the set up of horizontal and vertical business agreements, abuse of dominance matters, merger control, and State aid.
