Additionally, the team engages with policymakers and legislators at the early stages of the legislative process, sometimes initiating legal reviews. Notably, Bob Martens, who heads the team, is a pioneer in the development of PPP projects in Belgium, and was also involved in the realisation of numerous brownfield projects.
