Erik Gotfredsen and Ian Stone jointly chair the corporate department at Wakefield Quin, within which sits the firm’s finance offering. The team is adept at handling a range of mandates, including those involving banking and structured finance, public and private offerings, debt and equity securities, and reorganisations and restructurings. Real estate projects are also a key area of activity for group. Gotfredson is especially skilled in matters surrounding debt and equity offerings, while Stone’s core expertise lies in IPOs and capital market transactions.
