Managing partner Kevin Taylor solely leads the practice following the departure of previous co-head Peter Dunlop. Taylor regularly appears before the Supreme Court of Bermuda and the Bermuda Court of Appeal, with notable expertise in contentious liquidation proceedings and shareholder disputes, as well as issues relating to corporate governance. Steven White leads the trusts disputes team and regularly undertakes cases with multi-jurisdictional elements, providing ‘advice of exceptional quality’. Hannah Tildesley joined the team from Appleby at the beginning of 2024, boosting the practice’s banking and funds litigation offering.
