Beyond its traditional strengths in regulatory advice and administrative litigation before ANEEL, Siqueira Castro – Advogados has gained traction in assisting consumers gain access to the national grid. In collaboration with the firm’s corporate, finance, and real estate departments, the team is also proficient in transactions and the implementation of generation projects. Following the departure of former practice co-head Eduardo Rodrigues Evangelista in November 2023, Humberto Negrão flies the ship solo in São Paulo, focusing on the generation, transmission, trading and consumption segments. Associate Victor Navarro joined the team in May 2023 from Zeigler Advogados, bringing with him a combination of regulatory and litigation experience. Pedro Monti left the firm in July 2023.
