As a combined offering with its Channel Islands offices, the BVI office of Ogier assists investment managers and funds with the surrounding BVI law, and has experience in the full range of fund types and asset classes. Co-leaders of the practice group are Simon Schilder, who is based primarily in Jersey but practices BVI law full time and has longstanding involvement in funds matters in the country; and Michael Killhoury, the senior name to note on Tortola and head of the broader transactional practice at the firm. Further BVI expertise in Jersey is added by Marie-Claire Fudge.
