Fasken's Quebec disputes practice is well-versed in representing clients involved in mining, financial, automotive, pharmaceuticals and construction disputes in litigation and arbitration. The group is jointly directed by Marc-André Fabien and Annie Bernard, both of whom are based in Montreal. Fabien specializes in commercial and shareholders’ disputes and securities litigation. Bernard majors on construction and class action litigation. Additional names to note include Éric Simard, who handles civil and commercial litigation and arbitration; and Vincent Cérat Lagana, who brings expertise to shareholder disputes, transactional litigation and corporate governance litigation.
