Torys’ robust M&A offering combines with its large New York platform to position it as a key contender for US-related transactions. The team has also recently undertaken cross-border work involving countries in Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region, among other jurisdictions. Canada-qualified M&A and securities partner David Chaikof manages the New York office.
