The practice group at Fasken regularly assists private companies and federal bodies with high-profile public procurement projects matters across the country. The team is directed by Peter Mantas, who also co-leads the firm’s white-collar defence and investigations group, has substantial experience acting as lead litigation procurement counsel, in addition to international and domestic arbitrations. Also noted are Marcia Mills, who specializes in procurement and government contracts, national security matters and national and international trade agreements; and Alexandra Logvin, who handles procurement dispute resolution in the context of Canada’s domestic and international trade agreements.
