In recent mandates, the practice acted for Sociedad Concesionaria Metropolitana de Salud (as creditor) on Astaldi Sucursal Chile’s reorganisation; and assisted CIFI (Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura), as the largest creditor in Itelecom Holding Chile’s reorganisation proceedings. The team is co led by principal figures Gonzalo Cordero and Myriam Barahona.
