
Fielding ‘super-specialised and responsible lawyers who deliver the best advice’, Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr's competition and antitrust practice is experienced in handling both TDLC cases and FNE investigations. The team also assists with merger control assessments, commercial agreements, distribution policies, vertical restraints, collaborations and compliance programmes. The practice additionally covers international unfair competition matters, particularly anti-dumping and safeguarding cases. The department is co-led by the ’very capable’ Nicholas Mocarquer, an expert in alleged collusive behaviour, abuse of dominance, merger control, and anti-dumping; and Gonzalo Rencoret, who regularly acts in TDLC procedures and FNE investigations. Associate Bernardita Schmidt is also a key competition team member.
