Among the team’s several experienced practitioners, Claudio Magliona's broad expertise includes data protection work; Giovanni Donati is experienced in consumer law-related data protection issues; and Nicolás Yuraszeck P's recent experience includes assisting technology company Tools For Humanity with the drafting of its data privacy policies. At director level, Carlos Araya is notably active in relation to AI and how it interacts with privacy; Karla Cid focuses on corporate matters, as well as new technologies, IP and telecoms law; and Rodrigo Valenzuela advises on personal data protection and cybersecurity issues.
