The firm’s dispute resolution practice in Chile is led by Rodrigo Díaz de Valdés, whose track record covers disputes over energy contracts, construction, projects and investment protection. The practice further includes Ignacio Naudon, who maintains a broad disputes caseload. At associate level, Arantxa Ereche acts in domestic and international arbitrations, while Felipe Soza focuses on public, civil and commercial law-related litigation and arbitration.
