The full-service legal giant has built a strong reputation both nationally and internationally for its consistent involvement in bet-the-company civil and commercial disputes, including matters before the Chilean Supreme Court. It is particularly experienced in financial disputes, including matters comprising fraud allegations and financial scandals. The team further stands out for its expertise in defence-side work for major health institutions, as well as disputes involving public-private contractual relationships. Among the firm’s several experienced practitioners, Aldo Molinari is an experienced civil, commercial, and administrative litigator; Juan Carlos Riesco ‘applies his knowledge in a wonderful way’; and Ricardo Reveco focuses on civil and commercial litigation, along with arbitration, bankruptcy and insolvency work.
