Launched in early 2020 as a natural resources and environmental law boutique, Lawgic Abogados’ expertise covers mining property, rights of ways, due diligence and asset acquisitions, as well as options, royalties and streaming agreements. The team also assists with regulatory and corporate issues, along with project development, financing and permits. The practice is co-led by senior of counsel Andres Verdugo, a veteran adviser on mining law, corporate matters, M&A and compliance; and Agustín Walker, who ‘has excellent knowledge of mining law’.
