The full-service firm’s team is co-led by Juan Cristóbal Iturrate, a longstanding manufacturing and education sector expert who is ’exceptionally knowledgeable about labour jurisprudence’; and María Fernanda Espinosa (raised to partner in January 2023), whose practice encompasses international clients’ M&A-related labour matters, due diligence, internal investigations, and immigration issues in relation to expatriates and international mobility. Senior associate Pavel Alvarez is experienced in individual and collective labour law, day-to-day labour and employment advice, employment litigation and manufacturing industry-related collective bargaining.
