Representative examples include tariff-setting administrative processes, contentious administrative proceedings, and administrative sanctioning procedures involving the natural gas, telecoms, electricity, health, education and water sectors. The firm is also home to experts in administrative contracts, government liability, public procurement and maritime concessions. The public law team is additionally experienced in government agency-related contentious matters before Chile’s common tribunals, Courts of Appeals, Supreme Court, and Comptroller General’s Office. The team’s principal figures are renowned arbitration expert José Tomás Errázuriz; and David Cademartori, ’an extremely qualified lawyer’, whose track record covers administrative proceedings, as well as civil and administrative litigation.
