Liu represents clients in trade mark, copyright, patent and unfair competition litigation and is well-versed in assisting clients from the pharmaceutical, tech, media, and fashion industries. The firm mainly supports multinational and international clients with complex litigation but also acts as trade mark counsel and advises on IP aspects of licensing agreements.
