Fangda Partners' TMT practice is based across mainland China and assists technology companies and financial institutions with a slew of corporate and transactional TMT matters. The team typically supports clients with equity and debt financing, series A, B and C financing, investments, as well as M&A. Practice head Amanda Zhou splits her time between Beijing and Hong Kong and specialises in assisting TMT start-ups, unicorn companies, venture capital and PE funds with transactions.
