The department is co-led by the 'extremely client-oriented' Lukáš Hejduk, who brings expertise in assisting hospitality sector entities with sale and leaseback transactions and construction projects, and Libor Prokéš, who counts greenfield investment work as a core area of strength. Ivana Lobotková handles pan-European portfolio acquisitions and real estate asset management matters. Lucie Smrkovská left the firm in February 2024.
