The team is jointly led by Jan Bruun Jørgensen, who has experience advising both creditors and debtors on restructuring and bankruptcy law, and Anders Hvidberg Plum, who specialises in advising distressed companies on insolvency matters. Jan Bech and Nicolai Thornemann joined the practice in 2025.
