Practice head and insolvency specialist Rachel McCahill 'moves cases along and is creative about how to progress them', while Cambridge-based legal director Nick Porter is 'thoughtful and thinks outside of the box'. Porter has a broad-based litigation practice but has particular expertise in seeking and defending injunction proceedings, and regularly acts for clients in urgent proceedings in the High Court.
