Points forts

  • Advising gaming group Aonic on the issuance of its first secured Nordic Bonds for a total amount of €70 million.
  • Advising VARTA AG on a capital increase from authorised capital with exclusion of subscription rights. The issue of 2.22 million new shares generated gross proceeds of around €51 million.
  • Advising exceet on the admission of new shares to the regulated market (Prime Standard market segment) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The admission was based on a securities prospectus approved by the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), which was notified to BaFin due to exceet's stock exchange listing in Germany.
