Willheim contributes particular expertise in energy disputes in Asia and Europe and jointly heads the practice with Dieter Strubenhoff, who has extensive experience in commercial disputes, construction and plant construction projects, and cartel damages claims. The team also includes Amy Kläsener, who is experienced in software development and M&A disputes. Thomas Weimann left the practice in September 2024.
