Gleiss Lutz offers longstanding expertise in statutory health insurance issues and advises on pharmaceutical pricing law matters as well as contractual and data protection issues. The team also regularly leads in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings, most recently in connection with care management, fee regulations and recourse claims by Covid-19 vaccine manufacturers pertaining to exemption agreements. The team is led by Martin Viciano Gofferje, who focuses on transactions and joint ventures, and Reimar Buchner (administrative and medical law). Christine Mattes cover matters at the interface between health and procurement law, where she regularly advises both clients and buyers. Enno Burk was appointed to partner in January 2024 and handles pharmaceutical and medical device law matters with a particular focus on digitisation.
