Numerous globally active large corporations regularly rely on CMS' trade mark expertise, which extends equally across prosecution and dispute resolution. On prosecution level, the group is adept at managing international trade mark portfolios and renders strategic advice, while contentious matters include domain disputes and invalidity proceedings, among others, and often contain cross-border aspects. The practice also advises on licensing agreements and counterfeiting. The team is headed by a trio consisting of Heike Blank (interim injunction proceedings, product launches), Nikolas Gregor (infringement proceedings, counterfeiting and filing strategies) and Gordian Hasselblatt (international trade mark and design law). Julia Dönch left the firm in December 2023.
