The team acts across various sectors, but has particular expertise in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors; the practice also recently demonstrated its expertise in high-volume later-stage venture capital and growth capital transactions. Practice head Stefan-Ulrich Müller advises on venture debt, investments and financing rounds, while Jörg Zätzsch frequently supports start-ups, venture capital funds and strategic investors along the entire VC value chain.
